Police warn Nigerians about a new kidnapping tactic. One of the most common crimes in several Nigerian cities is kidnapping. The public has been informed about a new kidnapping technique by the police in Delta State, South-South Nigeria. Kidnappers may use a tricycle to intentionally hit a car in order to lure the occupants out, according to Delta State police spokesperson Bright Edafe, who posted the alert on his Twitter page on Monday.
