The nation's capital Abuja was in turmoil as President Bola Tinubu took office to call the appointed ministers, who would today form the Federal Executive Council (FEC). After President Bola Tinubu and the Senate intervened, the planned strike was halted, according to the Nigeria Labour Congress.
